I love French toast and they have one of the best I've tried. The Truckee French toast is so good! Large menu selection. Great breakfasts.

Absolutely delish! This location has so much seating so even on a busy Sunday the wait was not bad at all. Their drink menu is very extensive and they have a customized mimosa flight you can order. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were definitely enough to share. This is a great spot for couples, parties and friend brunches!

Super spacious breakfast/brunch spot in Folsom. Hubs and I came around 11am on a Sunday. We were quoted about 15 minutes when we called in but were seated upon arrival. I ordered the Basic Combo which comes with 2 eggs, 2 sides of meat, has browns and a toast. I ordered soft scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and a sourdough toast. Although I did not receive my side of toast, the meal was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Hubs ordered the Monte Cristo and ended with a huge plate of mini ham sandwiches. He was stuffed for almost the entire day after eating all of those carbs. All in all, I enjoyed the brunch spot. I plan to come back the next time I'm in town!

GREAT space, GREAT location, and updated. The outside is very welcoming! Staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive. WAIT TIME is reasonable, we waited 20 mins for a table for 4 on a Saturday around 11am. They have bar seating which is awesome, especially if you're a party of 2. Both the Breakfast Rice and the Chorizo Burrito were DELISH! And both items reheated well. They have a lot of MIMOSA options, including an option to order a bottle for the table. PARKING: They share a parking lot with a few business but you shouldn't have a problem finding a spot even if you don't get a spot right up front. That just means you're earning your meal ;P We frequent their other locations and this space is a great addition. The best part of them expanding is that the quality of the food, drinks, and experience is not compromised.

A great location, literally right across the river from "old Folsom." I walked in, and the place was bright, clean, everybody was friendly, and I liked the "vibe." They have a big menu, you can eat as healthy or otherwise as you want. They also have a full bar and a big mimosa menu. If you wanna pony up the $200, you can even have Dom Perignon. I decided to try the CrossFit skillet. Two eggs, chicken apple sausage, onions, mushrooms, spinach, avocado, with macadamia nuts on top, all on a bed of sweet potato fries. It was delicious. I asked for my eggs over easy, and they were cooked perfectly. All of the Fixin's played very well together. I've never had sweet potato fries for breakfast, but they worked. a little bit sweet a little bit savory. The macadamias also were delicious, , and provided a nice crunch. Even the toast was good. It was thick cut, and you could tell it was a high-quality bread. I forget where they said they get their bread, but I do remember that they said they get it from an artisan bakery. The coffee was good, and they even brought me a carafe so I didn't have to wait for refills. The meal did eat a bit rich, , but not overly so. I would gladly come back to try this, or other items on the menu. The prices are reasonable, and they do offer a military/veterans discount. Thank you for a great meal.
